Shipping & Orders
How do I place an order?
You can place an order with Wisecrete through the various channels on our Contact Us page. Wisecrete will require that you share your contact information, W-9 form for re-sale, and your trucking outfit preferences. Please keep in mind that you will need a loading dock to accept any shipments.
When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed with your PO attached, we will generate an invoice and send you an email with a link for payment. As soon as your transaction is completed, we will generate a Bill of Lading (BOL) and the order will be packaged and shipped.
How many days does it take for my order to ship?
Depending on which carrier you choose delivery times for standard ground shipping should take around 3-5 business days.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
All orders will be standard shipping unless otherwise requested. Expedited shipping requests must be made prior to creating an invoice in order to account for additional charges.
What locations do you ship to?
We ship to all states except Hawaii and Alaska at this time. If the destination of your shipment is experiencing below freezing temperatures, the shipment must be sent freeze protection.
What shipping companies do you partner with?
We will partner with your choice of carriers (FedEx, R&L, etc.).
How do I track my order?

What is Peldex?
Peldex is a product line of concrete treatments including a moisture mitigator, polished concrete guard, and a concrete densifier/hardener. For more information, please contact us.
What are the product specifications for Peldex?

What happens if Peldex fails?
Peldex products can fail if shipped or stored in temperatures below freezing (32°F) or above 70°F. We recommend that you always ship freeze protect during colder months and store between 45°F and 70°F. For more information, please contact us.
Pricing
How much is Peldex?
The pricing for Peldex is determined through quantity-based pricing. This means you will pay different amounts based on whether you are purchasing 5-gallon pails or 275-gallon totes. Payment Methods
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept ACH, PayPal, and all major Credit Card payments.
Is my payment information safe?
Your transaction and payment details will all be handled through Inuit QuickBooks, our payment service provider, with secure encryption, and under strict banking standards.
Can I pay in installments?
Payments are required in full unless special arrangements are made.
Wholesale
How to become a Peldex wholesale partner?
Becoming a wholesale partner of Peldex can be highly rewarding and full of profitable opportunities. With this in mind, we trust that all our partners are familiar with concrete coatings and the polished concrete industry. In addition, the following steps below will be essential in order to establish the basis for your Peldex wholesale career. These steps include:
- All Peldex wholesale partners must be a legally registered business with an EIN number.
- All Peldex wholesale partners will need to fill out a credit form, W-9 tax resale form, and a financial statement.
- All Peldex wholesale partner facilities should have the basic infrastructure such as temperature control, a loading dock, and the ability to ship or deliver Peldex as ordered.
Do you only sell wholesale?
We only sell Peldex to wholesale partners in key locations all over the nation. If no wholesale partner is available within your immediate area, Wisecrete will sell to existing contractors at retail pricing. That being said, once a wholesale partner has become available within your vicinity, we will then direct you to them for any future sales.
Does Wisecrete offer product training?
All wholesale partners of Peldex will have access to product training videos and other resources on YouTube shortly. For any questions regarding live product training, please contact us.

What is your product warranty?

WISECRETE sole warranty is that the product, as supplied at the time of shipment, will meet the specifications described. WISECRETE sole liability is limited to the purchase price or replacement of any product shown to be other than as warranted. WISECRETE disclaims any liability or any incidental or consequential damages from the use of this product.
